Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will continue military operations against Iran and its allies, even as discussions around a potential agreement progress.
He confirmed speaking earlier with U.S. President Donald J. Trump, stating that both leaders see an opportunity to use recent military gains to achieve war objectives through a possible deal that safeguards Israel’s interests.
Netanyahu emphasized that operations are ongoing in both Iran and Lebanon, including continued strikes on missile and nuclear-related targets, as well as Hezbollah positions.
He added that Israeli forces recently killed two additional nuclear scientists, while maintaining that diplomatic options remain open alongside military pressure.
