Casualty figures continue to rise across the Middle East as fighting between Iran and the U.S.–Israeli coalition expands across multiple countries. As of March 11, 2026, thousands of people have been killed or injured in missile strikes, airstrikes, and military operations across the region.
Reported casualties include:
• 🇮🇷 Iran: 1,255 killed, 12,000 injured
• 🇱🇧 Lebanon: 570 killed, 1,444 injured
• 🇮🇱 Israel: 13 killed, around 2,000 injured
• 🇮🇶 Iraq: 15 killed, dozens injured
• 🇯🇴 Jordan: 14 injured
• 🇰🇼 Kuwait: 6 killed, dozens injured
• 🇧🇭 Bahrain: 2 killed, dozens injured

The majority of casualties have been reported in Iran and Lebanon, where heavy airstrikes and missile attacks have been concentrated. Meanwhile, Iranian retaliatory missile and drone strikes have impacted several Gulf countries and Israel, contributing to the regional spread of the conflict.
Military analysts warn that the human toll could continue to rise rapidly if the war expands further or if additional countries become directly involved in the fighting.
