Sixth Round of U.S.-Iran Nuclear Talks in Doubt, IAEA Vote Looms

Meanwhile, the IAEA Board of Governors is expected to vote Thursday on a resolution condemning Iran for violating its nuclear obligations. Tehran has warned it will retaliate with escalatory steps that could intensify its nuclear program.
