Pentagon: North Korea Deploys 10,000 Troops to Russia for Training
The Pentagon reports that North Korea has deployed 10,000 soldiers to eastern Russia for training, with some already positioned near Ukraine. Ukraine faces no restrictions on using American weapons against North Korean forces should they join the conflict.
