PAKISTAN OFFERS CONDITIONAL CEASEFIRE TO INDIA
Pakistan has extended an offer for a conditional ceasefire, signaling a possible off-ramp from the rapidly escalating conflict.
Defense Minister Khawaja Asif stated Islamabad is “prepared to exercise restraint” and emphasized, “We do not seek war,” but insisted India must halt its operations first.
The announcement follows:

• And the confirmed downing of three Indian fighter jets by Pakistani forces.
