Despite recent claims by Ramzan Kadyrov that Elon Musk remotely deactivated his gifted Cybertruck, the leader of Chechnya has doubled down on his use of the vehicle. Kadyrov has reportedly sent two additional Cybertrucks to the frontlines of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, each equipped with machine gun turrets and customized camouflage paint.
Kadyrov, who accused Musk of switching off the original vehicle, praised the Cybertruck for its battlefield performance, highlighting its maneuverability and protection for troops. His decision to deploy more of these vehicles demonstrates continued confidence in their capabilities, despite the alleged fallout with Musk.
Kadyrov’s initial claims on Telegram sparked controversy, as he stated the vehicle was gifted by Musk in good faith, only to be disabled remotely by the entrepreneur. Nevertheless, the Chechen leader remains loyal to the Tesla innovation, integrating them into frontline operations.
