Three Iranian sources told Reuters that Tehran has outlined strict conditions ahead of any potential negotiations with the United States.
According to the sources, Iran’s demands include guarantees against future attacks, compensation for losses suffered during the war, and formal control over the Strait of Hormuz.
They also stated that Iran will not engage in any negotiations regarding its ballistic missile program, maintaining it as a non-negotiable red line.
The demands reflect a hardened Iranian position as mediation efforts continue, with Tehran seeking major concessions before entering formal talks.
