Designed to mirror the spirit of Silicon Valley, the district hosts everything from robotics and autonomous driving labs to what officials call an āAI computing power supermarket,ā where developers can purchase the digital horsepower they need.

The project is heavily supported by the government, which is offering cash incentives and tech challenges ā essentially āsolve this problem, win funding.ā The approach has transformed the zone into a proving ground for Chinaās boldest AI ambitions.
Over 90% of the workforce stems from top universities and major technology firms, ensuring the hub is filled with high-level talent. While no one lives there yet, the cityās primary mission isnāt lifestyle ā itās innovation, with China aiming to cement global dominance in AI through concentrated development, collaboration, and competition.
